The property is new and parts still under construction. I toured 3 bedroom with Polly. Unit is little pricey. However, upon walking inside I didn't feel like I was in an apartment with mud room storage and walk in laundry with shelves. Living/dining area is spacious giving my mind plenty of ideas for arranging furniture. Bedrooms are good size. Patio is good space for all my plants.

This is a great, new community that offers a quiet retreat in northeast Columbia. The rooms are spacious and the grounds are clean and neat. If you are considering moving or living out in this direction, I'd recommend viewing this complex!

As I drove through the complex I smiled. Then I met Freka the Amazing Rep. She was so inviting and her ability to look into my eyes and Talk about The Landing was special. The walk through was not rushed but precisely planned. I saw every aspect of the apartment. Finally, the respect she had towards me made me feel Special.

This is a brand few community, Looks well thought out. The apartments would be a great place for young couple sand singles. It has many nice amenities and even has a place to wash your car! The area appears to be quiet,

Excellent, New Apartment living

Polly respond to my question promptly, all the information I needed was sent an an email. My customer service with a few companies in the area were horrible, but Polly restored my faith in people working for the companies!
