When I first moved in I thought I was moving into a nice, beautiful, clean well ran community. I was sooooo misled. The management at this place sucks. I have requested at least 4 times for a light to be fixed over the past couple of months because it is pitch black trying to get into my apartment at night and it still hasn't been fixed. Things go up all without any reason. My water bill should not be what it is when I am the only person in the apartment. The reason the they give is ridiculous. And it went up another $12 or more since from when I first moved in. All of the residents talk to each other and sooner than later the site will have a class action against them because they are not fixing things and they keep losing good tenants that will not keep paying prices for crap.

The property manager, Kisha Johnson, and Jakita Moore are very unprofessional. This apartment complex seriously needs to be looked into please send help. I can send personal information if needed. We had a raccoon living in our walls for four months before any help was given. I have multiple videos and communications with the front office regarding this issue. I have had a weapon potentially almost get pulled on me from Miss Jakita Moore and I have made a phone call regarding this situation. If you read the reviews online, there have been multiple complaints about their unprofessionalism, and disrespect. Please send help please send help. Please send help.

This apartment is not worth $1,100 I've a constant leak that is leading to mold. Little tiny black bugs and centipedes crawling everywhere. The boarders on the wall are peeling/ lifting up. My car was stolen from the parking lot back in June.

I like the size of the apartment, but there appears to be limited closet space. I had to use the area where you can hook up a washer and dryer. I like the lighting in the hallway area, especially at night. However, I find the hallways filled with leaves from the outside and not swept up. The doors are old and knickers on the doors are filthy. A door bell would be nice. I can't find the location of the fitness center on the site map nor is there a laundry mat on the premises. Staff are nice and accommodating. Also, the rent reasonable. Overall, I would give it a "C" for experience.

Considering this is my first home on my own, I wish I would have inspected the area and the apartment thoroughly before moving in. Honestly, thinking about breaking my lease. The best part is the lake but it's the small things that bother me.

Had to move in quickly and they made it happen but I should have looked up more Reviews! For the Money I pay Monthly these apartments are not worth it. I could have rented apartments across the street same amount of money but nothing was open and I've regretted it ever since . I did work orders online and it took months for something to get fixed . There's been like 4 shootings in 4 months and I'm starting to feel unsafe now . So if looking to rent being a single family sure why not but if having kids a family I wouldn't recommend at all. These apartments should look way better have way more accommodation than they do. I've been told my hood on the oven and other things would be replaced but never have been. I'm just waiting on my lease to be done and praying I find something nicer. 1400 a month for a two bedroom apartment in the area these apartments should be A1 but I'm not all that pleased anymore.

I've been here for almost a year now the property is decent however my building has bad plumbing issues and they let the garbage pile up. There isn't much care being done about the appearance it's a quiet area but there are always a bunch of kids running throughout the entire complex with parents no where in sight.

It has been a rollercoaster, but so far it has been neutral. Unfortunately , views wise multiple dog owner do not clean up after their pets . Feces remains everywhere on the property. There was effort to secure the gym , but someone vandalized the system from the outside and lock to the gym , which equipment is constantly disappearing. Our investments in the common areas and amenities are not being well kept. There are plenty old and new adjustments that can be made to keep great residents. Hopefully management takes more interest in the issues to keep great residents.

The tenants in unit 166 leave their dog out on on the porch for days at a time and it barks constantly and is quite loud. Several of the light bulbs need to be replaced in the hallway an stairways. One is on the first floor and the other is on the second floor. It is quite unsafe after dark.

It seems Maintenance can't keep up with orders. I've fixed my last request I put in. Fined me without even asking if it was my trash but yet kids are out here throwing yellow cups. I feel I pay way too much for 1. The way these apartments look there is nothing upgraded about my apartment but pay $1300. 2. The off the bar minimum of amenities for the price we are paying.

Not great. The people are nice, but maintenance is understaffed and there are ongoing issues that have failed to be fixed. The water pressure in my building has been wonky for years, which sometimes means trying to shower under a trickle. One of the buildings has graffiti that's been there for months without removal. My building gets a lake outside one of the entrances with every rain because of lack of drainage. The timing on maintenance requests has improved, but there are still a lot of frustrations.

It hasn't been bad, overall. A lot of the maintenance issues we've had have been resolved quickly, with varying degrees of follow through, so I'm not... like, REALLY sure why my rent goes up nearly $100 every year, but...I'm only really here because this complex will accept my dog and was close to my old job.

My first year went great, after that everything started going downhill especially last year. It's horrible. Trash is always piling up by the dumpster, maintenance requests takes forever to get done. It's a lot of younger tenants who don't care about the property

There has been several car break ins and gang activity over the few years that I have lived here. Richland county police department barely responds to any calls of emergency. There have been reported shootings on the property as well. The property management company hikes up the rent price every renewal without upgrades, as well as being unable to stay fully staffed. Overall, the property is too overpriced already and the rent keeps getting higher. Water is billed for an entire building and then split between the registered residents of that building instead by individual unit prices. Meaning, if you have a family of 2 but a neighbor of yours has a family of 4 and they use more water you are paying for that water used as well. You are also required to take their internet bundle with Spectrum which is not great at all. Spectrum is a horrible internet provider and it seems like once a month I have to call them about some kind of internet issue. I would not recommend spending your money here when you can spend the same amount to rent a house with land. Save yourself money and the headache.

Very nice place to live I absolutely love my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom & it's very spacious! The community is quiet never any issues and I feel safe . The staff in the office are nice and try very hard to help you out if needed .

The community is decent. You have tenants who use their porches for storage and it looks tacky. Putting the trash cans outside the door. Maintenance has gotten better. Hate that you no longer need a fob to enter the gym and laundry

This is by far one of the most incompetent leasing office I've ever dealt with living in an apartment. They neglect to follow up on request or call backs and the property manager is extremely rude. I've been working to get one maintenance request fulfilled for over 2 months now. Originally when I moved in I was not given a key to one of my locks. I got locked out my apartment at 1am on a Saturday and called for maintenance and no one responded. I had to find someone to break into my apartment to be let in until Monday morning when I was able to go into the office to speak with someone.

It's been horrible. The pool was closed more day than it was open over the summer, the laundry room has more broken down machines that running one. The trash compactor is broken every other week. There is mold in our apartment and management refuses to do anything about it. We had to call a mold testing company just to "prove" that there was mold even though maintenance knew they just didn't want to do anything about it. Mind you this mold testing company wasn't free it was 400+ dollars. We have been denied any form of written communication because they are assuring they aren't hold liable for anything even when we ask to be communicated with via email or resident portal. Don't move here, management does not care about your health and safety.

Not what i expected. A lot of problems that don't get fixed. Have been here for half a year and still have issues i report constantly with no change/fix. There is constantly toys and bikes let in the middle of the streets. Cars get broken into. Apartments get broken into. Not what you would expect for what you pay.
