This community is far from luxury, as stated online. The office staff are rude, and only care about making money, and bringing in new residents. Once you move in, you are treated like the trash that you'll find laying all over the grounds. If you like the smell of urine, dog poop, trash, and enjoy seeing Vomit, and stepping on it, as you try to access your apartment, then this is the place for you. The pool is closed by DHEC regularly, there are mold issues, and the rent is outrageous, for the ancient apartments they claim to be updated. They can't keep any maintenance staff, and the ones they do hire, don't know what they are doing. There ate not enough dog waste cans, and they hardly ever provide clean bags, or empty the ones full of poop. A lot of residents who own dogs don't leash their pets, which is a recipe for disaster, in a community with no breed restrictions, and they rarely clean up their dog's poop. People use the dog waste cans for household trash, because they are too lazy to walk to the dumpsters, or they just throw their trash in the parking lot, breezeways, etc. When people are evicted, their items are strewn all over the sidewalk, and parking lot for extended periods of time. People drive like maniacs, and there are a lot of car break-ins. There have been several crimes covered up here, shootings, stabbings, and a child was murdered here. The bathrooms in the leasing office are absolutely disgusting...urine, feces, and dirty diapers everywhere, no toilet paper, or hand soap...just disgusting.I would not recommend this community to anyone, unless you want to live in a rundown apartment, on grounds that smell like a trash heap, on a daily basis.
