Not only is the staff friendly, they are prompt! We have never had an issue getting any information from them and we have never had an issue with a maintenance ticket falling through the cracks. We love the staff and we love our community!

I truly enjoy living in this community with my two children and our dogs. While my overall experience has been very positive, I believe there is room to strengthen the balance between families and younger residents.

What a beautiful place to call home. I love being here. And the neighbors are absolutely wonderful. Special note the staff is phenomenal. I do recommend this beautiful facility to call home.It's safe and clean

Great community, everything is brand new. Staff is amazing and easy to work with.. Very nice pool and cabana area. They also have table tennis and pickleball. We have a few interesting and fun events at the clubhouse.

Overall very good experience. The community is clean and quiet. I haven't been here long enough to say but it seem to be no issues. I haven't met any neighbors yet but people I have seen act appropriately.

Community is clean and quiet. Staff is friendly and care about the residents. Apartments are bright and roomy. Great place to live. Located in a good school district. Movie theater, restaurants and stores are close by.

Responded the very next day request was submitted. Received a phone call to confirm it was ok to enter property which I appreciated greatly! Very respectful of property and completed everything in a timely manner. Alo received a detailed email of the request being fulfilled with what was specifically done to resolve the issue that was submitted.

We have been here for a month and we really love it here. Front staff is always so kind and helpful. The gym is amazing!!! I love the repair staff not only are they helpful and friendly but very timely. The place is also so clean, never have had any bugs, no problems with packages. I only have good things to say.

I have answered this question numerous times. We do not need to keep answering this question everytime we have a work order put in. Please try and adjust this one aspect of your survey. It's very frustrating.

The maintenance guys aas very nice and did the best he could cleaning out brand new faucets heads, and turned up water pressure the best he could however, not enough to spray sink clean or rinse shampoo out of your hair.

Everything has been fantastic the few months we have lived in The Lodges. The neighborhood is very dog friendly. Can't wait until summer to use the pool and outdoor grilling area! I highly recommend living here!

Moved in during 2026. Not 2025. Please update your year scroll in survey. Snowmegeddon is coming. I know they have their hands full getting the property ready. Slip hazards are important for those of us that are disabled. Also...could we please have a few outdoor benches in the dog runs or along the sidewalks?

They're Nice, But Not Worth The Money, The Hassle Or The Stress!!!
Let's start at the front office with Ms Gracen. She really needs to work on her people skills, communication skills, customer service skills, and professionalism. I've been here for a few months and it's been one complaint after the next with no real resolution. Where do I start...Residents do not clean up after their pets. The valet trash service is not reliable, very "hit or miss" despite the $35 monthly fee that is being assessed. You have staff members parking in the residents' living area taking up the already limited spots that we have. On the weekends parking is even worse as people are at the complex playing pickleball and taking up the parking spots and most of these people do not live here. For these to be "luxury" apartments and for the amount of money that we pay, there should be better security measures and cameras on property. That's right, there are NO CAMERAS on property. There have been incidents in the parking lot that some residents have observed and even taken pictures, but the property have no cameras for additional evidence. Another major no and turn off is paying for communal water which I need to double check my lease cause I don't remember this being mentioned. It's not fair for me living in a single family apartment and I'm not there too often as I travel alot, to have to pay the bill for another family of more than one person and more than one bathroom. I pay too much in rent to go through all of this. It's just too much, don't waste your time here!
