The most part I really like the location and the apartments really nice. I would like to see arts on the walls of the upper floors so that it feels less like a hotel and more like a home. The downstairs the first floor is lovely but the higher levels are kind of desolate looking floor trash gross people must know what other explanation there could be but the room throat and it's never smell smells bad and I know they said they tried to do a camera, but it didn't work Wifi, but there are boosters. There's gotta be a way to so that you can bust the people that are making in a mess and then on the spare way on the south side there's been dirt laying in the landing between fourth and fifth floors for a couple of months and I don't understand why that hasn't been cleaned up. Grant did you ever dumped it should've cleaned it but come on the rest of us still are looking at it and we're paying a lot of money to live here and then the last thing is just the beer which is supposed to be free but 90% of the time it doesn't work or it's out or it's all foam but overall I really enjoy the apartment. Don't get me wrong. I like the community. I love where it is.

Nice community and amenities. Great location. Parking garage is a plus. Being next to the ballpark is neat. They have reduced some services lately which is disappointing but overall been a good experience.

Building quality leaves much to be desired. I shouldn't be able to hear a two pound cat running around above me (during the day, it's cute; at 4:30 am, not so much). Many residents express the same issue. Location can't be beat, it's walkable to all of downtown.

Should be a nice building and it does have good facilities. However it is spoiled by being so close to the rail line and during the summer months the disruption from the baseball field, games and other events, is very inconvenient. Fireworks and floodlights, deliveries blocking the street, noise and inconsiderate patrons

Property is well maintained with a friendly and professional maintenance staff. Apartments are very convenient to downtown entertainment. Parking is covered garage, not ideal for large trucks/SUV. The features that keep me renewing my lease is location, cleanliness of property, and professional and helpful staff.

Love this community. People are so friendly and staff is great. It is a great blend of young and old. I love the walkabilty to everything in downtown Greenville and the baseball stadium across the street is an added perk. Especially the fireworks on Friday night home games.

408 Jackson is like living in luxury! Amenities such as gym, water stream dispenser, parking, helpful office team, and maintenance are above par. Friendly residents- clean building and great location makes this a bit hit!

The location cannot be better: convenient to everything.The complex is very clean and well-kept. The management provides monthly opportunities to have fun and mingle. The management is very professional yet personable and keeps a close eye on every aspect other than the property. Residents seem friendly.
