We have lived at Homestead at Hartness since Christmas of 2014. We love living here for so many reasons. The property has much to offer. We use all of the facilities and property including the preserve, dog park, fitness center, lodge, lakes and pool. The buildings and grounds are impeccably clean and well maintained. The monthly resident events are fun and a great way to fellowship. The neighbors in our cul-de-sac, for the most part, have been long term residents. The maintenance team and property management team are very responsive and eager to please. It's very dog friendly with the dog park and the fields, trails and woods to walk. We have made many friends here and highly recommend Homestead as a rental community. Hands down the best in Greenville.
