This is a special place to live, unique and not like any other community. Very quiet and wooded setting, away from the busyness of Greenville, but close to everything including Pelham road stores, Woodruff road and Southside Christian School. The staff was very helpful, especially Ms. Jennifer Earley who made onboarding my home a breeze, which is especially appreciated these days with all the utilities and telecomm setup. I would recommend to anyone from families with children to singles.

We have lived at Homestead at Hartness since Christmas of 2014.  We love living here for so many reasons.  The property has much to offer.  We use all of the facilities and property including the preserve, dog park, fitness center, lodge, lakes and pool.  The buildings and grounds are impeccably clean and well maintained.  The monthly resident events are fun and a great way to fellowship.  The neighbors in our cul-de-sac, for the most part, have been long term residents.  The maintenance team and property management team are very responsive and eager to please.  It&apos;s very dog friendly with the dog park and the fields, trails and woods to walk.  We have made many friends here and highly recommend Homestead as a rental community.  Hands down the best in Greenville.

Homestead at Hartness in Greenville SC is a beautiful place to call home. You rent your very own home surrounded by gorgeous yards and maintained landscaping. The property offers walking trails with great views of the ponds, pecan tree fields and long vistas. The amenity center is decorated beautifully and the leasing staff are wonderful and always accommodating! If you have a repair request or need anything at all, they always go above and beyond. The work out facilities are state of the art and the community pool is great too. I highly recommend this community and love calling Homestead my home place.

We have loved living here but only because of the neighbors and friends weâ€™ve made and grounds. The home we lived in was very challenging with the master bath located outside of the room and adjacent to the main living area. No privacy. They havenâ€™t pressure washed our sidewalks, porches, and house in over 4 years. Water pressure is lacking. Dated and deteriorating interiors. Pealing cabinet faces, dirty and decaying grout in bathrooms. Old appliances and fixtures. No ceiling lights in bedrooms. Airplane noise feels like the planes are landing in your bedroom. Itâ€™s so loud when you are outside you have to stop talking. We have had many issues arise with management and huge rent increases over the yearsâ€¦one year was over 20%. Clubhouse not accessible outside of office hours. Only 2 guests at a time are permitted with you - check your lease, itâ€™s in there. Greystar is the property management company, look them up and see the reviews for yourself. Be careful when deciding on moving here.
