I just moved from Homestead at Hartness and I am really going to kiss this place. It's the best rental community I've ever lived in by far. The property is beautiful with walking trails, ponds, and a huge pecan grove. The units are perfect and you don't have to share walls, floors or ceilings with anyone which makes it that much more private. The staff and maintenance crew were superb. Jennifer, Elizabeth and Allan are who o communicated with the most and they made my stay there amazing. I have no complaints. There are tons of cool birds around and a black swan even came to visit us for about a month. It's very quiet and people are extremely friendly. I always felt very safe. The grounds were constantly manicured and maintained. Any issue I ever had was solved immediately. Even after I moved out I forgot the cable modem in the unit and Jennifer was more than willing to drop it off at the UPS store for me which saved me $150. The sunsets by the pond are the prettiest I've ever seen. I would highly recommend Homestead at Hartness to anyone. I would even try to talk people in to moving to South Carolina just so they could move there. I'm really going to miss it and wish I could take it to Colorado with me. It's also the perfect place for dog owners because there are so many places to walk them, they can swim in the ponds and there is a huge Private dogpark. I give Homestead at Hartness 20 out of 10.
