We have enjoyed the setting, amenities and meeting other renters. They used to have nice community social events, but all stopped in early 2019. The service and maintenance department is excellent. When we moved here, the management team in place was very good. They all left for some unknown reason and the management turnover started and has not stopped. Very very poor management team. The follow up is terrible and often non-existant. When we needed to extend our lease for 3 months due to new home not being completed, the monthly rate went up 26%, hundreds of dollars! We were told, they could not do any better and in fact I had to make a decision within a week, or it would be still higher!! This is after fact, we know of several instances that residents renewed or extended at same monthly rate. This is a violation of Fair Housing Law! I would not rent here again and would advise anyone else to not look here or any property managed by Greystar.
