The property is nice. The staff changes out every couple months and with each management change they crack down more on residents. First they stopped frequently providing beer and wine, then they started threatening to tow cars, then they were emailing once a week about leashing dogs, now they have banned residents from the refrigerators.

The property is great. There is a lot of land to walk our dog. The houses are fine. About what you expect for a rental. The management isn’t great. There are constant staff turn overs. A lot of perks weren’t followed through like beer/wine fridge is never stocked. They go long periods without any events most likely due to constant staff changes.
