The grounds are kept mowed, trimmed and beautiful year-round. The maintenance crew are prompt, efficient and competent when repairs are needed for your apartment. The special tenant spaces in the club house appear to be well-kept. The office staff seem to be engaged, however rents go up substantially every year.

Wonderful Community at Velo Verdae!

Maintenance staff here is the best anywhere! Robert, Bobby, and José are all outstanding!!! Whether it's a small or big item; day or night, they are amazingly quick to respond. They take care of issues with kindness and respect. They truly care. I've lived here at Velo for 3 years, and couldn't be happier. In addition to our great maintenance team, our leasing office is always cordial and attentive to matters. The grounds are beautiful and rules enforced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We moved from a complex that had 330 units in one building to Velo Verdae with only 260+ units in 17 buildings. So that is an obvious main reason. The open spaces with trees is a plus. We are also steps away from the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Another big plus!

It's an excellent place, is peaceful and has a great location in Greenville. It's green and the bridge that conects with legacy park is wonderful. I don't interact much with the staff but I know they really work hard to make sure all tenants are happy

Overall, the community is okay. The community is quiet and is in a great area. I have not seen any safety concerns and all of the neighbors are really sweet. I do think the structure of the community needs some work as the walls are very thin and you can hear someone talking outside which is new for me moving from living in the middle of the city and not having that issue. The office people are very nice and professional and hands on.

In the beginning we chose this property based on the team we met during the choosing process. As time has gone on, the management team has continuously let us down. Communication style and content with incorrect information is terrible. When a question is asked, I get "I don't know" or another unsatisfactory answer. Issues with other tenants have not been handled well - specifically pets and parking. Overall, we are very concerned about the management of this property and are not inclined to refer other to apply here until management is much better.

Awesome staff, friendly and detail oriented! Awesome place near everything! Love the green room/hallway! Office staff is nice, for some reason they have a year round open pool and cool outdoor pool tables!

The complex plans gatherings for the community, which is awesome. The grounds are well kept; however, they keep taking parking spaces away and marking them "reserved" so they can charge more money for a decent space.

When I moved in I had many maintenance issues. They were addressed and I had a good working relationship with management and maintenance at the time. One of the reasons I left my prior location was that management changed every few months and the last group was "the worst". I had a dangerous breed of dog across the hall. All three managers were out of the office at the same time during working hours and rude when approached with concerns. I really liked management at Velo Verdae when I moved in but within a few months a new group came in. The new managers are young and always seem inconvenienced when I wish to talk to them. They recently pressure washed the apartment hallways and flooded my apartment in the process. I called maintenance and the front office to inform them but there was no response. I told the maintenance guy who was pressure washing the hall that he flooded my apartment. He shrugged and said he would be back with paper towels but he never returned. I think customer service which was excellent when I moved in, is quite poor now.

It's different than any other property I've seen

First impression of the property you could tell it was very centered around community. The clubhouse has an abundance of activities and "accessories". Lexi was very knowledgeable about the property and was able to answer the majority of our questions. One that we were hesitant about was all of the fees. We are used to a "community fee" but to have to rent a parking spot to ensure I have parking getting off a 12 hour shift is wild to me. Also the pet fees are steep considering what other properties are offering. I know the property will be perfect for some we just aren't quite sure about this one for us.

Perfect spot in Greenville

Surrounded in greenery and green space. Can't find a better location. Danielle is great!! Lexi and Elizabeth are also awesome to work with. The amenities are kept clean and up to date. Work orders have quick turnaround-

Best Property!

Everything at this property is amazing! From the staff to the community. The green space makes it feel like home. The amenities are amazing like the fully equipped gym. The sports café is a great addition as well as the electric car chargers.

I have been welcomed here since the very beginning. I have never seen a community care more about their residents and have the best resident events. The Maintenance staff is on it fast and always follows up which I have never had before. I love the dog park which is perfect for me and my dog.

Love living here!!

Velo is the best apartments in greenville!! Right beside the swamp rabbit trail and off laurens road. You cannot beat this staff and location. Everyone is so nice and caring. They have the best resident events!!

Beautiful community

Danielle the property manager is very caring and cares about residents concerns. She goes above and beyond. This is the best office staff I have ever had the pleasure of having. The staff is maintenance staff is top tier and always on time with completing work orders!

Best In Greenville

I lived at Velo Verdae for just over 4 years & It was the best living experience i have had with apartment living. The location itself is ideal. You are close to all major highways, shopping, grocery right next door, & a short 9 minute drive to beautiful downtown Greenville. The apartments are well kept in & out. Presenting a welcoming & tidy environment. Curb appeal was important to me because i want to be proud of where i live. The amenities were just icing on top. The pool was my favorite spot to spend all of my time. With a large sun deck & spacious salt water pool. The staff was always there & willing to help with all resident needs. Danielle the property manager was always welcoming & a wealth of knowledge. Sebastion in maintenance always made sure anything that needed fixing was taken care of in a timely manner. I recently moved from Velo Verdae for a job relocation & i miss this place everyday. If i ever end up back in Greenville i know exactly where i will be living & it will be back with Velo Verdae.

The best property ever!

This property is full of the most top notch office and maintenance staff I have ever experienced! I love the convenience of being closely located to I-85, the swamp rabbit trail, downtown Greenville, and woodruff road. I especially love that I can get to target and Trader Joe’s with out ever getting on woodruff road!

Beautiful community

Very well maintained property and beautiful green space. I love living right beside the swamp rabbit trail. Staff is friendly and has fun resident events. Maintenance is very attentive and quick to complete any work requests. No complaints here.

Love the extra space

I’ve loved living at Velo Verdae since the moment I moved in. The staff is so kind and friendly and the place as so many amenities to offer from a pool to the clubhouse and a great gym! Most of all I’ve loved the extra cabinet space and big rooms in my apartment! 10/10 recommend!

It is just ok. I love my apartment although cheaply made but it is an apartment so its expected. I pay alot of rent and I expect it to be better taken care of. The pool is always dirty. The water needs to be skimmed more. The grounds also need to be cleaned more. I think they need to add security. Sometimes it is sketchy. Maybe cameras in the stairwells. Gates at the entrances. Please dont say that will raise the rent. We pay way more than we should already. The stairwells should be cleaned more often. People also need to be reminded over and over again to clean up after their dogs. I do not like the fact that the people who work there live there. They take over all the common areas. If they do live there they should be available more. The office should def be open on Sundays. Its not all bad though. I like the community and everyone is super nice and helpful. The staff is great! They will do whatever it takes to help fix a situation. I would recomend it to anyone who asks. The location is great!
