It's clean and in a very convenient location. Maintenance team is great, and the office is very responsive to requests or concerns. However, I was told before I moved in that I would be facing a wooded area, and that I would have a patio. But just before I moved in they changed my apartment number and location to where I don't have either. Also, there has been some crime here, which was unusual because it is considered to have a higher rating as far as quality goes. I believe it is considered a luxury apartment complex, which is why I chose it, and I hoped to avoid the crime concerns that I had in previous apartments. But that isn't the fault of the management team here. It was just surprising.
