Hello! I apologize to hear that you weren't pleased with rental increases in the past year, and I just want to reassure you that the increases were based off of markets rents in our area. Going forward we will ensure that renewal offers are sent in ample time for residents to decide whether they would like to renew or not. In regard to the cleanliness of our amenities; I can assure you that our maintenance staff will make the pool, gym, sport clubhouse, etc. their highest priorities as we began approaching warmer weather. Also, we were unaware of issues with stray cats and will be sure to address this immediately.
