First of all, I love the location and amenities of this community. These really are luxury rentals and are a step above anything in the area. The rental rates are competitive. I recently moved to Velo Verdae. The turn around time for my move was very fast and there were a few things in the apartment that couldn’t be completed prior to my move. I have to recognize Kenny and his maintenance team; Case and Dylan. Kenny has been incredibly responsive when I put in a maintenance request to get the few things done that were still needed and continually since. He immediately called and then texted me to reassure me that they would take care of everything. And, they have. I cannot say enough about Kenny and his team. They are amazing! I also want to recognize Danielle in the leasing office. I had driven by over 20 apartment complexes and Velo Verdae stood out in every way. I called for an appointment and even though Danielle was booked, she suggested I stop by and she would do her best to help. Well, she has been knowledgable, helpful, professional and friendly from the beginning. She even stayed late by almost an hour on a Saturday evening so that I could complete my application and deposit on the apartment she suggested for me! Everything went so smoothly with the entire process. She is as exceptional as the community is. The communication has been exceptional, proactive and friendly. I really appreciate feeling so confident about the community and the representatives of it. I’ve never lived anywhere with this quality of care and service.I am sure I’m going to love living in Velo Verdae.
