Hello! First, I'd like to say thank you for your feedback. I apologize to hear that you weren't happy with your renewal increase last year and just wanted to reconfirm those increase was based off of competitor pricing as well as market rents in our area. Going forward we will make absolutely sure that renewals are sent in a timely manner giving residents ample time to make a decision. I would like to let you know that we are implementing tons of projects this year to continue to beautify our community such as new office furniture as well as all new pool furniture for the Summer.
