Great place to live overall. My only complaint is the friends and family of the maintenance team. They are extremely loud and I can frequently hear them even though I'm not even in the same building. Recently, they were streaming a sports game on an inflatable movie screen well past 10pm (when residents are asked to keep noise levels down). This was a multi-day affair. They also use managements golf course all the time. I quite literally see them being used by family more than I do the actual maintenance crew. The noise and the wild unprofessionalism is annoying and I can't really do anything about it because I don't want to the front office to become antagonistic. I'm probably going to move out when my lease is up. It's a real shame because one or two families are ruining the whole place for everyone.
