This property is full of the most top notch office and maintenance staff I have ever experienced! I love the convenience of being closely located to I-85, the swamp rabbit trail, downtown Greenville, and woodruff road. I especially love that I can get to target and Trader Joe&rsquo;s with out ever getting on woodruff road!

The best property ever!

I&apos;ve always had my eye on this community and it&apos;s prime location in Greenville, I am so happy I finally get to live here and enjoy the upscale amenities and apartment features. The community itself is beautiful, especially at night! The staff and maintenance guys are super nice and always go above and beyond!

Hey, live here since 2018. Restrictions, lease rules ignored, not enforced by staff. for 6- months, i&apos;m looking at a disabled parked car outside Building 1400. for 2-3 months a ground leak to dog park fountain, and unfixed mudhole. for months, prohibited/by lease, dog breeds in Units 921 and 1311, complaints and safety issues ignored by staff.

Great experience since the moment I meet Kayla at the big jenga, yeah!!! Here they have a jenga for you to play with it. Since that day, everything itâ€™s been positive, friendly and just posible. Always there to help and assist with anything you need. Itâ€™s been a month full of great experience, the valet trash service is great, walking around the community is nice. The proximity to everything is great. Here we are close to everything and feel the peace of nature.

It's an excellent place, is peaceful and has a great location in Greenville. It's green and the bridge that conects with legacy park is wonderful. I don't interact much with the staff but I know they really work hard to make sure all tenants are happy

We moved from a complex that had 330 units in one building to Velo Verdae with only 260+ units in 17 buildings. So that is an obvious main reason. The open spaces with trees is a plus. We are also steps away from the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Another big plus!
