When I moved in I had many maintenance issues. They were addressed and I had a good working relationship with management and maintenance at the time. One of the reasons I left my prior location was that management changed every few months and the last group was "the worst". I had a dangerous breed of dog across the hall. All three managers were out of the office at the same time during working hours and rude when approached with concerns.
I really liked management at Velo Verdae when I moved in but within a few months a new group came in. The new managers are young and always seem inconvenienced when I wish to talk to them. They recently pressure washed the apartment hallways and flooded my apartment in the process. I called maintenance and the front office to inform them but there was no response. I told the maintenance guy who was pressure washing the hall that he flooded my apartment. He shrugged and said he would be back with paper towels but he never returned. I think customer service which was excellent when I moved in, is quite poor now.
