So far so good. I have no complaints about the community or the place I am currently renting. Would be nice if the pool was built or in the process of being built. Hopefully it starts soon so we can use it before our lease is up

So far the community is great. We have had some issues since the house is a new build and we are the first people inside but management is very quick to help and provides solutions and helpful fixes. The few negatives are that we have dead grass in our back yard and it's like dirt. Also there is a sever fly issue and we have talked to a few people in the neighborhood during walks who also have fly and some people have any problems (we do not) so I think the fly issue is due to the sod used on the properties. Also the most important one is the fact we do not have a pool and we are paying community fees when we have no pool. The pool was a big selling point for us as well as a lot of people in the neighborhood and a few of us have bought pools to make up for it. So not having a pool done is frustrating when the neighborhood uses it as a selling feature. Easy to follow location map online that shows which homes are available based on preference of 3, 4, or 5 bedrooms. Virtual tour with a leasing agent was available for us since we moved from out of state. Love the fence rental option so the dogs can go and enjoy the outdoors on their own without always being on a leash. Community playground is nice. So far, everything appears to be kept up nicely considering it is a very new neighborhood. Convenient to Pelham Medical Center, schools, daycares. All these are located less than 3 miles away.

At First I was felt like I was getting the run around and staff not returning my calls. It was difficult to catch staff in the office or speak with them by phone. After my 4th trip to the property, I spoke with someone different who walked me through the process and I was able to get into my new home.

Worst customer service ever. Do not recommend. Never answer phones and never respond to work orders or phone cLls or emails or texts. Even called corporate offices and only get to leave messages. Completely ignored after moving in.

Staff is very friendly and responsive. Community is under construction so be aware. There is a lot of debris everywhere. The home builder needs to focus more on quality instead of quantity. You can tell certain areas were rushed through.
