Virtual tour with a leasing agent was available for us since we moved from out of state. Love the fence rental option so the dogs can go and enjoy the outdoors on their own without always being on a leash. Community playground is nice. So far, everything appears to be kept up nicely considering it is a very new neighborhood. Convenient to Pelham Medical Center, schools, daycares. All these are located less than 3 miles away.
