The unit is beautiful and brand new, but it has a couple of issues. We have already submitted several maintenance requests, but none of them have been resolved yet. I am hoping all of the issues fixed asap because it's a bit annoying

Lovely new community with a very nice pool and gym. Great private back yard patio space. LVP with no carpet is a big plus for us as with have a pet. The kitchen is nice with good storage and s nice island. It would be better is we had access to the space in the utility closet for things like vacuums and mops.

I found the location on I used my work address to find somewhere to close to work for the commute and I also used the unit map from the website to help determine where I wanted to stay in the community.

Decent price for what you get. Cute community and a great pool. People are not good about picking up their dog poop. The playground could use some swings. Management was friendly until we signed the lease, then they didn't seem to care. Would re-sign the lease, but we are buying a house.

The community as a whole is good, nice clean for the most part and quiet. I will say some of the rules like quarterly maintenance is strange as they can come in without anyone home between any time frame over a 2 day span. Obviously they are still working out kinks and got to handle certain things but for the most part the community is great.

Leojamestown is just an awesome place to live! Maintenence when needed is always easy to schedule. The ammendities are great, pool, gym... etc Grounds are clean and well maintained. Always community events going on top meet your neighbors!

The community is good. I have had several maintenance issues while I have lived there that have not been resolved. My fridge stopped working twice and now I have no outside lighting. I hope that they resolve these issues soon.

The community is quiet and clean. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, but sometimes the problems are not fixed immediately. For example, a problem might reappear after it has been repaired. Other than that, there are no particular issues, and they respond to complaints. There are parks nearby, and I think it's a pleasant place to live.

Great service and everything is handled within the same day. Love the maintenance crew they are amazing. You put the request in and handled within less than a hour. Love the leasing office as well they always handle things well and tell you how to handle everything

Wonderful community to live in thus far. I would recommend this community to others. One thing I don't care for are the fees involved with this community. $700 to transfer from one apartment to another, after living in the community over a year seemed high.
