My overall experience with living in this community for the past year has been wonderful. I feel it is a luxury apartment and I hope that maintenance will continue the cleaning of hallways and touching up paint. I also feel ground maintenance is equally important and this could be improved with trimming and weeding. I understand yard maintenance needs constance and consistent care in Hilton Head area.

I continually tell friends how much I love Water Walk! It is a secure lovely environment for people who want upscale living without the responsibilities of home ownership.The size of the units are very adaptable for someone coming from a home.However, I do wish the the hall/entryway could be wider and larger.

I have been here less than two weeks so it is unfair for me to give too many opinions. I have answers many questions, but should probably fill out a survey like this in three months. I have lived in the area for 20 years and I think there is definitely a need for a lovely apartment complex like Waterwalk. I expect my experience to very good and I am already very happy with my decision.
