This is truly a wonderful place to live. After home ownership, it is nice to not have to worry about anything that goes wrong as the maintenance crew are on it....our management team is excellent as well.

This is a wonderful community to live in. The apartments are well laid out, easy access to anything in the neighboring businesses. We are very happy to have left our "home ownership title" to live in a wonderful apartment.

The garbage trucks come at 4:30 a.m. rather early and quite loud. Then we have the food delivery trucks that come between 5:30 and 6:30 a.m.. that is our only complaint. As for the grounds, the "water retention pond" really needs better upkeep but we are understanding that this is the town's responsibility and not Waterwalk. Still it would be nice to have a fountain or something to help clean it up.
