My husband and I have been very pleased with our experience at WaterWalk. I have just signed our new lease for 3 more years. I would, however, like to see the apartment common areas get more attention. For instance, the exit area leading to the stairwell on the 3rd floor is VERY unattractive. When it rains, water pours through the doors in the exit areas to the parking structure.

My husband and I are happy living at WaterWalk. We enjoy our neighbors, and the staff is incredible. The activities and amenities are first class. The only thing I would suggest, is to paint the exterior apartment doors and glam up the area off the parking garage. Of course, I would like to see the rent be put on pause.

We are happy being so close to restaurants and shopping. It is nice to be able to walk to grocery shop, clothes shop and to nice restaurants. The activities that the staff organizes are lovely and gives you a chance to meet the other residents.

Great location, great residents, and great staff. There is inferior construction in the area off of the parking garage. Happy that we now have transponders to enter the parking. The exterior doors off the parking structure do not always close to lock.
