I have been a resident of waterwalk for over 5 years. My wife and I were one of the first residents. I am distinguishing between the on-site maintenance personnel who complete our day today resident maintenance requests. They are excellent, responsive, respectful and timely in their service. The issues I described earlier are not the responsibility of our in-house maintenance personnel. The periodic resident "get togethers" are organized by our concierge, Alexus Anur. She is outstanding and is a pleasure to associate with.
