Management staff is friendly and community oriented making living in WaterWalk pleasant snd worry free. Location is excellent with shopping, entertainment events, walking and bike riding convenient and pleasurable.

staff is cordial and responsive to all needs. All areas are well maintained. Area is conducive to many outdoor activities such as walking, and bicycle riding. Close proximity to the beaches is an extra added attraction..

Good location with many community activities nearby such as retail stores, restaurants, walking and bike paths. Waterwalk staff is cordial and keep the best interests of the residents in mind. Trash fairy system is very convenient and a good sanitation measure.
