Mike repaired the refrigerator door so the double doors closed completely and quickly. Very impressed by the service of maintenance staff as well as the office staff whose friendliness and help is greatly appreciated.

This is the very best apartment living with it feeling like a private home with everything being at our doorstep . Friendly social gatherings make you have friends. Many groups are book clubs, bridge, poker and out to lunch.

This is exceptional living for older adults. We love the convenience to shops, grocery stores and restaurants. The apartments are centrally located on the island. The views from our apartment screened porch of the water is beautiful.

A very pleasant apartment living with a wonderful staff and maintenance custodians. Quick and prompt service. All staff recognizes you by name or knowing your face with a smile. I am so glad we moved here from a large home.

Living here Is a pleasure from having all the responsibilities of owning your own home. All the staff is so friendly and attentive. I look forward to having socials soon to meet more residents. Our neighbors are friendly and kind. It was a great move for us.
