Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We agree it is inconvenient for our building 2 residents to have to pick up packages from the leasing office located in building 1. We are always looking for ways to improve our services and are happy to inform you package rooms are in progress. We are hoping to open this new amenity to our residents in approximately two weeks. Both building 1 and building 2 will have a package room where residents can easily access their packages 24/7.
