Architecturally beautiful living accommodations with lovely common space indoors and outdoors. An intergenerational age group that has a sense of community. Very welcoming to pets. A gracious and comfortable home for all!

Would not recommend to any of my many associates due to on-site and corporate administration. Besides receiving a 20% increase in our new lease, administration is inflexible and in cement. This is both on-site and Corporate.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Some renewal prices are a little higher than others due to constructions rates offered as a move-in incentive when we were under construction. We are happy you were able to live with us for twelve months at a reduced rate and do hope you consider extending your lease at WaterWalk.
