The building itself is quiet, however we are under the flightpath of the airport so I could not rate noise higher than a 3. I enjoy my apartment, especially the easy access to the walking trails and the lovely views from my windows and porches.

While moving from a house to an apartment took some adjusting on my part, Waterwalk is a lovely residence with beautiful views. Everyone has been helpful. The maintenance is excellent. The other residents are friendly and I am glad that I made the move. I am loving my new apartment home.

We got off to a rough start because lightning had taken out the freight elevator just before my move in. However, we are past that. Also the mailroom in my building is now up and working as well as a better security system at the entry doors. I am beginning to love living here. The place is beautiful. The people are friendly and there are lots of opportunities to get to meet the other residents. It truly is like living in a really nice resort with a beautiful view.
