Beautiful apartments in the perfect location! Walking to shopping, dining, and Entertainment is wonderful. Such easy access to the beach and golf as well. Can't imagine what more we could want or need!

    Staff is great, property is beautiful, and so convenient to everything the island has to offer! We could not have made a better choice than to call Waterwalk home! Feels like we are on a permanent vacation!!

      Great Property!! The location is perfect, and the amenities are first class! The staff does a great job taking care of the property and especially the residents! We have enjoyed getting to know our neighbors at the resident events and lunches. Makes WaterWalk feel like home, not just an apartment community!

        What a wonderful property! Amazing location right on the water! The sunsets alone are enough to take your breath away, Top that with great amenities and a staff who are second to none and it is no question why there is a waitlist!
