We have found that our Waterwalk stay has exceeded our expectations. The Management Team has been very friendly, proactive and professional in making us feel very welcome. They go beyond to provide gatherings and social activities to get residents together.

The building amenities, apartments are first class with a very dedicated & friendly Staff. The location is very convenient to shops, restaurants, grocery stores and the Breeze trolley lines servicing the south end and middle of the Island. The parks and walking/biking paths are very convenient.
