I have foynd the staff exceptional in solving problems from mechanical to interpersonal. I appreciate the positive attitude and beyond that, the appreciation of what living in a large edifice encompasses.

Waterwalk is a well maintained apartment. The management is quite good, and working on getting better. The social opportunities and amenities are good. The grounds and location are exceptional with walking areas, dog areas, a shopping center, and groceries all nearby.

The apartments are well maintained. The only reservation that I have has to do with community safety/communication. Activities are well communicated. However, after a middle of the night fire alarm snd another power outage, we never received complete info. I hope with a new mgr that the essential need for clear, but brief info will be made.

I appreciate the care and concern with which every aspect of living here is addressed. From daily emails, to opportunities for casual dining or eating at a Lynch cart, to the courtesy of the staff and their responsiveness to any concerns, this is an exceptional place to live.
