Quiet, well maintained community close to North Myrtle restaurants and beach. Community staff is responsive, the maintenance is efficient. Paying rent is simple with the app. Everyone is friendly and welcoming.

Beautiful place to live. Move in process was extremely easy & fast! We were able to move-in within a week of applying!! Apartment was extremely clean when we moved in - we had no issues at all! Looking forward to calling Reve home!!

I thoroughly enjoy living here. There's a true sense of community among the residents and the staff and maintenance crew are very, very helpful and accommodate any issues immediately. The units themselves are very nice inside and out.

The community was clean and well kept. The leasing agent was very knowledgeable and made the place feel very inviting. They have discounts for first responders and that is a big plus for me. The townhomes and the layout are nice. The walking trails nearby are an added plus.

Keep dogs on a leash! People break the rules everyday must not have to pay the fee! Just need more respect of there neighbors! Some could get bit or get knocked down! Just not safe dogs should be on a leash

I moved here in January 2025. I love my place! The neighborhood is very quiet. The neighbors are super friendly. Curtis always takes care of any maintenance issues right away. The only thing I would change is making the back yard space fenced in.

Reve Park Ridge is a very well kept complex. Very friendly leasing staff and awesome maintenance personnel. Definitely recommend to anyone seeking a quiet, peaceful atmosphere, and good exercise area. Swimming pool a little small but there's a whole ocean close by!

I'm a mother to three beautiful kids. I moved to Sc from Nc I am a caregiver around the Horry county area. I love my place very quiet and peaceful community and the staff are nice so far. Love the huge park across the street too!

The townhouses have Great space and layout. The pool is a little small and the fitness center needs more equipment. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and we have a great park across from us to go walking

I just moved in but this is an amazing place to live. I feel right at home already. The staff is amazing- the grounds are yet so clean. I have toured a large amount number of apartments in this area and these are the best in the area!

Nice community. It's very quiet and I enjoy the amenities and all the things that are closer. The neighbors are really friendly and welcoming and the staff is nice. The size of the place is also really nice. I love it here already.
