So far my experience has been extremely positive. The community is lovely, perfectly located to travel to down town Charleston and to the beach. The other residents are very friendly and the common areas are well maintained.

Recently moved into the building. Staff / Experience great so far. Unfortunately, our dog has been sick since we got here. After wasting some money at the vet and switching food, etc... we were able to determine that it was the grounds, and specifically the Japanese Yew that is throughout the property (poisonous to dogs). Apparently, this issue has been brought up by other owners to the building and they refused to do anything about it. We are still figuring out what to do, but if you are a pet owner please be cautious.

Had terrible experiences during first year. During second year relentless noise from construction and lack of empathy as well as monetary compensation were not resolved with retention in mind. The reputation that Bridgeside is a party place continues to circulate. We pay premium prices to live here and there seems to be a lack of recognition for long term tenants

it has been good so far but there so much noise upstairs apartment that never stop. I did mention to the office manager and they have not taken care of this issued. Not sure what else I needed to do to convinced management to listen to my complaint

It is very easy to communicate with everyone. Everyone is very professional and you do not have to worry about being being nasty to anyone. They are very professional and I do not have any complaints what so ever. I love Bridgeside and everything about it.

enjoy living at Bridgeside. Unit is noisy and people can access the upper floors without having a key fob -they just wait on another resident. grounds are well kept and office area with amenities are superb. Elevator lobby and drives underneath stay dirty.

I moved -in around one week ago. I really like my apartments. I highly evaluate the safety level. I can not tell anything about the maintenance because I o not have any problem now. I am pretty sure that if I will need it, it will be a good service. So far so good!

We moved to Bridgeside because of how many boxes it checked for both of us. The location and set-up of the property are big pluses. We also feel so welcomed here not just by management but the people who reside here are almost universally friendly. Great community to live in. Downside is the build just doesn't block much noise. The large family above us is very "active"... we hear most footsteps and all leaps off the couch/bed by the little ones. It's not their fault but very noticeable. Would have selected a different apartment if not settled already.

Wonderful amd extravagant community. it's like a family when you live here! Perfect location to get away or even if you wanted to see Downtown Charleston. You are in a prime location to parks, and Recreation. Close to USC athletic compound, the Ravenel Bridge, the USS Yorktown, and Charlestons' beaches.

The location is great for downtown and west Ashly travel. The facilities are top notch and maintained well. All the appliances are new and upscale. The community has a demographic mix skewed to the younger side. This can be seen at the pool on weekends and week day afternoons.

great location: 5 miles from the beach & 5 miles from MUSC. Plus! FREE parking & Wi-Fi!!t Comparable apartments in the region are similar to their NON-PREMIUM (ie, apartments withOUT a bridge view) priced apartments--starting at around $1500 for a 675sqft, however, other apartment complexes end up costing an additional $200+ due charging for parking & internet. Great community overall--very friendly/pleasant (pun intended) people and a great atmosphere.

My studio apartment is adequatre for me as I have a home elsewhere in the area and am at Bridgedside only 3-4 days a week. The closeness to the Peninsula and Mt. Pleasant shopping is a plus, as are the well maintained grounds.

A bit pricey but you can't beat the location. The gym, pool, clubhouse, and grounds are very nice. You have to pay an extra monthly fee for storage, which is annoying considering that the monthly rates are already high. Very pet friendly but you have to pay a pet fee every month so keep that in mind.

great location. property not maintained around areas that are common for residents. Grioss grills, equipment, trash, etc. Grounds look nice but the landscaping is neglected (especially in the back of the property). No outdoor lighting on private access to bridge...which makes it unsafe in the early hours.

Our experience has been excellent. Building is kept very clean and well maintained. The office ladies are very knowledgable and gracious. They answer all questions promptly. The maintenance crew is friendly and attentive to the grounds, pool and buildings.

Nice to be in a community that is fairly new. The Front Desk staff is outstanding. I have always experienced quick and courteous responses to request. The only one still open is trimming the bushes off the bench located on the northeast pathway. Thank you
