The biggest positive is the location. It is 5 minutes to the beach and there are several restaurants and stores within the community itself, so it is mixed use. The location is also 5 minutes to Town Centre and in general very convenient to Mt. Pleasant. Cons are the grounds are not well maintained. Unfortunately from time to time with a larger community, you have some messy people. The management does not pick up trash from the grounds, and as just one example there is an old mattress right next to the dumpster for about 4 months. Even after asking management was asked to clear it out they did not do it. The units are also very loud in that you can hear footsteps of neighbors above you and to the sides.
