Having lived here for about 5 months now, I can honestly say, my heavy research into the best apartment and apartment community, has paid off. I truly have no complaints. 5 minute drive to the beach, walking distance to groceries and to great restaurants. Clean grounds with several pools, great amenities and miles of scenic walking paths. Units are modern, spacious, and well thought out. N.Charleston for work in 24 minuets, and down town Charleston, for down town Charleston, in less than 20. My dog loves it here too. Her human neighbors are all nice and she makes new doggie friends often. This is a community where the staff understands the meaning of customer service and the maintenance crew is there if you need them. Let me save you days of driving from place to place, keeping notes on each stop, and crunching the numbers for the best value in Mt Pleasant. The Riviera is hands down the all around best bang for your buck, search over!
