Unfortunately this apartment complex seemed pretty amazing at first but has gone downhill since. I have not felt safe on many occasions. The grounds have been let go and no longer maintained like they once were. I had once experience with a staff member who was extremely condescending and rude with zero sympathy for my situation. I wish it was better, it’s a bummer because the location is perfect, the grounds outside of the complex are great and i love my apartment. But because of all of the issues i mentioned I can’t give this place a high rating.

I have only been here a week but overall I enjoy it. I do wish maintenance requests happened sooner and my experience with SpotWash was horrible! They basically did nothing to my car! I did submit a complaint to their company to get a full refund. The office staff here is amazing though, they are all very nice and very helpful!
