Living here is ------- garbage now. It was great when we got here July 2020, but since then I’ve had three things stolen from the parking garage, packages not show up at Luxor or my door, the trash guy is on his own schedule like sometimes doesn’t pick it up at all and you can’t opt out of paying of course, the floors are thin and we hear our neighbors having sex, walking, talking everything. They raise the rates every year which I guess is normal but it’s horseshit because the living condition is getting worse and worse. Like there’s construction all the time and they’re taking the pool away. The amount of money we pay to live in a tiny apartment is ridiculous and they’re just making things worse, management is terrible. The only good thing is the maintenance guys are great and the girl that works the front desk is super nice.

The maintenance staff are great, love living here its a nice safe area and convenience of everything is awesome. The manager at the office acts like shes too important or busy to talk with you though, like an issue Im having isnt worth her time. Like I pay a lot of money to live here a little bit of effort would be nice when I come in the office asking for help. Especially when I need help from a mistake that THEY made and Ive called multiple times waiting for them to get back to me. Everything is great here though just the lady at the front office she should have a better attitude and treat the residents respectfully.
