I had a wifi issue that ended up needing a pretty complicated solution. It took over a month ( I had no wifi for that whole time ) to get it fixed. I received A LOT of attitude and basically a "we can't directly fix it so that's your problem" energy from the staff here. When in reality, I needed their permission and knowledge of the building to get the issue resolved through xfinity.
