I have been very disappointed with the management, maintenance and overall communication through the leasing office. Issues that have been brought to their attention never get resolved. We pay for trash valet and our trash has been left in the hall and had to be brought back in several times. The apartment definitely has mold (from a previous flooding in my building, I know this to be true) but when asked to see testing they say that this can not provided. It is impossible to move out because they require a 60 day notice. It is impossible to find something that will still be available in 60 days forcing you to resign which just leads to an endless loop. I have been frustrated more times that I can count. I have heard complaints from neighbors and other residents about the elevators always being broken down. The "dog park" that hasn't even been open, when we did not even get asked as a community if we wanted a dog park and the rude staff that is quick to brush you off in the office... Just disappointed all around. Me and my roommate stay and resign for the location and price alone. We are attempting to buy and will be leaving once we get this ball rolling.
