I have lived for two years and I have never been in such a lousy and dirty place that they charge so dearly and that despite how expensive they increase every year they only fumigated 1 time out of the year that I have been there, the windows are full of mold and there is too much humidity Mosquitoes in summer that was very difficult to remove until you leave, they charge you, they give you one price and then they come up with another. They have charged me too much for me to leave, and even though they did not return my deposit, if you are reading this, do not make the mistake of spending your money The only nice thing is where the pools and the gym and the office are, the rest is rubbish, what a disappointment and they are also very rude after leaving that place

They are always ready to help when you need them, the manager team are great, I have living here for 8 months and I don't have any complaints, and my neighbors are very nice, I always find parking, the pool is always clean

I love the property it is very well groomed. The office staff is very helpful, and prompt to assist with anything you may need or questions you may have. The maintenance staff is very friendly and have wonderful customer service. I love my unit and I am so happy I found Cherry Grove Commons for my new home.

Don't even fall the only floor plan they show... The model!

The place moved into was infested with roaches which I see is a common thing but not only that, the homes are mold invested to. Very poor maintenance work, these apartments look like they've been lived in but just sweep away what they see upon giving out keys to new tenants. Management and office staff are very rude. Only way to fix this place is burn it down and start fresh with new management!

I'm not happy being here. To move in the requirements are to have income 3xs the rent BUT once in they raise the rent like crazy every year and now I'm out of budget. Breezeway are always dirty. Suppose to be non-smoking community which is one of the reasons I moved here. Yet a lot of tenants smoke and I can't open my windows because of it. Butts all over the ground. People don't clean up their pet waste. Elevator always breaking down. I moved to 4th floor for the peace because it does have an elevator. I'm not in good health and elevator is constantly breaking so I have to climb 4 flights of stairs. Tried to get them to let me move to 1st floor for this reason and they want to raise my rent even higher just for the move down. As soon as I can I'm out. Stay away

I lived here before in 2012. Wow how it's changed. Now absolutely everything you need fixed or repair or any noticed that go out are by email. Getting anything repaired is setup online only! Wow really? I work a lot. No time for checking email constantly. There is a issue with trash. Compactor is broke 1 dumpster for 4 apartment building to use. Looks like I live in the dump! I pay way to much rent for this. At this point it's a roof over my head. To my drugs , to much trash, cars/trucks with no tags taking up parking. Trash gets left understand wells etc.

I've been @ Cherry for nearly a decade, and it has its issues like any other community. In the summer it's great, because of the nice pool deck. Then there are those times when you wish you had more respectful neighbors. Overall it's a great place to call home. If it wasn't I would have left a long time ago.

Not good. Very dirty in hallways and walls in hallways. Elevator in building one always breaks down. No parking in front of your building. Lots of noise screaming in common areas. People with pets allow their pets to urinate around elevator. Even saw a dog poop in hallway and person never cleaned up. Not worth the very high rent.

I actually love this apartment. The location is very convenient to work, school and shopping. I do have one huge complaint and that is regarding the bug issue. Roaches everywhere EXCESSIVELY! Pest control is included in rent but have only seen them once in 7 months of living here. I've spent lots of out of pocket money on pest control and nothing seems to help!

I am enjoying my experience in my community. However, I am having issues with my neighbors as far as smoking, when it is suppose to be a smoke free community. As well as neighbors not respecting that you have people living under you, and neighbors who are not cleaning up their pet's mess.

Nice community, price have went up since I moved here and I don't think that is fair, since I moved in my apartment there were no roach issues and now they are like every where in my apartment, the pest control spray don't help

It is ok. I really wish hall ways and stairs were kept cleaner. Also the elevator. It frequently smells like pot and cigarettes for a non smoking campus. The floors and handrails are sticky. Elevator frequently very dirty

SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE

THIS IS AN EVERY OTHER DAY OCCURRENCE. TONIGHT I WAS MADE AWARE THAT A HANDICAPPED INDIVIDUAL WITH AN OXYGEN TANK AND WALKER WAS PUT ON THE 2nd FLOOR. THE ELEVATOR ISNT OPERATING AND HE CANT EVEN TAKE HIS DOG OUT!!! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE ALL OVER THE NEWS. ITS DISGUSTING. YOU CANT EVER GET ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND COME UP WITH THEIR OWN RULES BY THE DAY……2K A MONTH TO LOOK AT WHAT YOU SEE IN THESE PICTURES.

It has been a positive experience overall. The community has changed a lot since 2019. It was quieter & cleaner then. It is very noisy daily now, parking is a big stress unless you pay for a spot, rent increase is high & the hall areas are not clean like they used to be.

I am happy here and they maintain it very well. I like the pool and location. It's quiet and everyone seems to get along. There are plenty of parking spots available also. The management are very helpful and nice.

Over the past years management has changed multiple times. This has meant that there have been changes in rules or the application of rules dependent upon who the current manager is in place. Cleanliness of the community has also been variable dependent upon managers and other renters in the community at the time.

The staff at the office attempts to address all your needs, however, this commmunity needs some improvement. Our lease was held up and not approved until a week before our move in date. We were told this delay was because our disabled daughter had no credit score even though our credit was more than sufficient. The apartments are old and in need of a thorough cleaning in the air ducts, fans, and around window sills. The doors in the stairwell slam every time they are used which disturbs sleep, and the door to the terrace has to be lifted to enter/exit onto it. Although the hallways and stairs are cleaned every few weeks, there is frequently debris and sometimes animal feces which must be navigated. It is also disappointing that our rent was increased after our lease expired even though it is a slow time of the year and there are fewer residents. There is pest control visits, but we haved killed several roaches and palmetto bugs.

Nice place to live , relaxing atmosphere with good maintenance. Outside maintenance is always kept up and looks like a home atmosphere. Pool area is always kept up and in great condition. Secutity is very important and I never had a problem with lack of security!

The team at the office has been great to work with. The maintenance team responds quickly to resolve any issues. The Community has been quiet overall. The pool and common areas are really nice just wish I had more time to enjoy them, no fault of the community I just work too much.
