Love my apartment, close to everything in North Myrtle Beach! Complex is well cared for! Maintenance responds is good! Maintenance of the property is done every week. Only downfall I think is the garbage area is at the front of complex and the odor is terrible. Also to much stuff is alongside and behind garbage area.

I enjoy living here, the grounds are kept up nicely and the swimming pool is always clean! Maintenance is always on top of any situations that may come up if problems in my apartment! I was not happy when I was given a paper telling me to take down my American Flag as being a Veteran! However, is passed and never had to take it down!

Stopped in to see what is a available, Carolyn was very helpful and professional by showing me apartments. The process to be approved was made very easy by Carolyn, which made it an advantage to become a member of Cherry Grove Community.
