When moving into the apartment complex we loved everything. Things quickly turned bad with new management new residents and cleanliness. Loud activity all hours of the night, trash throughout halls, vandalism and insect problems!

The cost of rent is very high for the lack of cleanliness and heavy police traffic. Amenities are rarely available or in working order. There is no supervision or video surveillance on the premises other than residents personal cameras. Very high noise level especially late evenings. Little or no response to maintenance requests.

Very disappointing! Only 1 entrance due to broken gate, some minor maintenance takes several weeks without being repaired, new management unpersonable, very little security or supervision, amenities unavailable, overall cleanliness is very poor.

I recently moved to Cherry Grove Commons apartments and I am very happy. Phil and Chelsea have been great in helping me make the transition. The complex is attractive and well maintained. The maintenance staff does a good job and attends to concerns in a timely manner. The residents are very friendly and helpful. I feel that I made a good choice in selecting Cherry Grove Commons as my home.

I have had my car damaged twice now by other people. First someone slammed their car door into mine, and the second time someone scratched my door with something.  It would be nice if others would treat other peoples property with respect. The dumpster at the front of the complex is an eye sore as there is always old furniture and trash piled near it. It would be nice if the dumpster was located somewhere at the rear of the complex back by the woods, not at the front entrance. The grounds are kept fairly clean except there are few people who do not clean up after their dogs which is not acceptable. There is a nice pool, car wash station, park nearby, and walking trail. These are nice amenities. The staff are all nice and helpful.

THIS IS AN EVERY OTHER DAY OCCURRENCE. TONIGHT I WAS MADE AWARE THAT A HANDICAPPED INDIVIDUAL WITH AN OXYGEN TANK AND WALKER WAS PUT ON THE 2nd FLOOR. THE ELEVATOR ISNT OPERATING AND HE CANT EVEN TAKE HIS DOG OUT!!! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE ALL OVER THE NEWS. ITS DISGUSTING. YOU CANT EVER GET ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND COME UP WITH THEIR OWN RULES BY THE DAYâ€¦â€¦2K A MONTH TO LOOK AT WHAT YOU SEE IN THESE PICTURES.

SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE

Our time here has been very enjoyable. With sun in the fun is a great togethers,  then you find 
some very friendly and others are just not wanting to be bothered. All in all got people. Our manager Carolyn is really a wonderful help. 
One thing we do need is a helper to help theb2 men that are here, 2 much to do for 2 people.

I have met many friendly people here. Management has been very helpful and understanding to my needs. Maintenance has been outstanding and efficient. There is no better location to live, as it is a dead end, close to multiple grocery stores, close to the beach, the post office, medical facilities, and the highway. Short of owning a home, I would not want to live anywhere else.

This is a Wonderful community to live in, everyone is Great and easy to get along with, the staff is very nice and will do anything for you. We have monthly parties for the residents. Love living here it's Awesome, park right next door. Great Location to everything around..

Nice and comfortable setting. Great staff! Great response to issues that need corrected. In a out of the way area which makes it more quiet and less traffic. Nice pool, conference room, fitness room and close to many things in the community.

Would avoid Cherry Grove Commons. At first glance when we moved in it appeared nice. The staff seemed nice. The show apartment was nice and clean. We signed our lease for our unit unseen (1st mistake). When we moved in the front desk lady showed us in and didn't stay, seemed very much in a hurry to sign over the apartment and not be there to listen to us during our walk through. The unit was filthy. Floors turned feet black until we cleaned them extensively. Windows dirty and moldy. We learned later that our unit and all units 1st floor if building 4 flooded with 12" of water. Obvious, if you pull the stove out or refrigerator and observe the untreated water damage and mold behind. We suffered from chronic illness for the first few months until we got a medical grade air filter! Maintenance work orders are slow to be completed and you have to confront them to get things done. And when you do you get attitude or the person normally working the reception desk will cower behind the computer screen and ignore the obvious elephant in the room. Also noticed behind building 4 there is always trash being accumulated over the retaining wall. Not sure but nothing seems to ever be done about it. They don't hold residents accountable. Same with dog poop. No procedures in place to hold anyone accountable. Lessons learned:

1: always do a walk through of your actual unit BEFORE signing lease. 
2: make them do a walkthrough with you. 
3: don't be afraid to say no thanks. Move on there are better apartments.

We moved in sight unseen based on a visit to the apartment by a family member from out of state. She was not moving herself but told us after visiting the three magic words which were 'I'd move in'. We are happy here.

Perfectly located in NMB. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and hospitals. People are friendly here and our neighbors are great. Management staff and maintenance go out of their way to make sure the residents are taken care of. Management holds  several cookouts and holiday parties per year. Pool is great.

We moved to Cherry Grove Commons in August and it's been two months and we absolutely love it here. The Office staff is so welcoming and helpful. The maintenance crew are prompt and very friendly. The grounds are always upkept very well. So far the tenants that we have met are very friendly. We over look the pond and feed the turtles and birds everyday. The beautiful sunsets in the evening. The location is amazing. Minutes to everything including the beach. The size of the apartment is perfect for our family. We live in a 3 bedroom and it's so spacious. We give Cherry Grove 4 out 5 stars. Only 4 because there is always room for improvement.
