Cherry Grove Commons used to be a fantastic place to call home. When the new manager arrived in May of 2020,things have gone down hill. The dumpster area is horrendous. The smell is terrible. The hallways were supposed to be cleaned and painted. They only painted the first floor. The other hallways were only partially painted. It looks terrible. A half a____ job. When I requested that the stairway be cleaned it took 6 months to complete. And then not a very good job. Many areas still had dirt and debris left behind. When Carolyn was our manager she had a professional power wash company come and complete the job. I don't see how they get new residents to live here. I'm sure when new people were walked past the dumpster this summer they decided this wouldn't be a clean place to live. We love the people that live here. The complex is in a great location. It wouldn't take a lot to get this place up to standard. The dumpster needs to be torn down. All the wood that surrounds it has soaked up all the nastiness. It needs to be moved. It is one of the first things people see. It's an eyesore. Cleaning and pressure washing needs to completed by professionals. We still have water spots on our ceiling from a leaking roof. There is also water damage on the ceiling of our patio. These issues were reported months ago, I need to tell you that Austin and Tony have done a great job with other maintenance problems. Not sure why the ceiling issues have not been taken care of. I appreciate the opportunity to complete this survey. Hopefully it will make a difference and someone will address the issues that I have shared with you,
