I love my neighbors. I love my neighborhood... but we pay entirely too much money for all these new strict rules!! Management caters to just the elderly as if we live in a 55 or older community. Everytime I turn around there's a new rule or charge on my rent. You guys were more than happy to evict 3 families right after the covid19 no eviction order was lifted... didn't even give 30 days from the time serving the eviction notice! RIGHT after a pandemic!! We pay too much money to be punished for what someone else has done irresponsibly with our amenities. People work 6 to 7 days a week and can't enjoy the pool because someone had a birthday party at the pool for her kids. The party was approved by management, but a member of management won't admit to that. Let people enjoy their life at 1500 a month!!
