Apts are overpriced but there's not a lot of options in this area. For the price you should be able to at least have decent matching appliances. Parents don't watch their kids and they are way to young to run around the neighborhood alone. This place has went downhill. It's the new getto in town!!! No lights in the parking lots, no longer feel safe here. Apparently anyone get qualify for an apartment here. I'll definitely be leaving!!

The community is great and the people. However the cabinets and appliances are very dated based on the rent rate. There are plenty of condo rentals in the area that rent for approximately 950-1000 monthly with stainless appliances and includes basic cable, water and trash.
