Filthy hallways, elevators and grounds ever since they "cut the budget" for the groundskeeper. Literally walking through garbage and food just thrown from the unruly kids and adult slobs. Rent is way too high considering this place is looking like section 8 housing in the inner city. Almost daily police presence (fighting and drug activity) Was not like this 2 years ago. We are actually embarrassed now to have family visit. Will not be renewing next year. The quiet and clean residents are being forced out - the unruly residents breaking the rules are never held accountable. Also, too many rules shoved down our throats from new management. The ones who follow the rules suffer because of the ones who DO NOT. If we had known, we would have driven right by.
