Due to Covid I did a virtual tour of the apts, I also lived out of the area. I signed a 54 page lease. The apt. was disgusting, it was nothing like the ones advertised on their site, nothing like the one in the virtual tour. The rugs are old, the cabinets are old and banged up. The windows and bathrooms had mildew. The fridge is old. Washer and dryer are nice. The hallways and elevators are disgusting ( I think management has a hard time keeping up due to some of the tenants). The apartment was freshly painted. The grounds are nice. No security. The staff is nice. I think there are two maintenance men for the complex, not enough. Only one trash compactor for 4 buildings. Walls are thin Bugs can be an issue. Unfortunately I had to sign a 14 month lease. If I broke the lease, I would have been out a couple of thousand dollars. If I transferred to another apartment, I would have to pay all the transfer fees. Nice location, close to the stores and ocean. I hear they do remodel apartments.
