I had to move at the beginning of the Covid-19 shut down. I was given a tour of the apartment via Google Duo. I was at the mercy of the person holding the phone. They Failed to show me the view from the other side of the balcony (which overlooked the trash dumpster) , a fact that wasn't discovered until after signing the lease. Also they failed to disclose the musky/moldy smell. I had issues with the A/C the entire summer which was never fully resolved. The elevator was continuously not working. One time up to 10 days. I was on the third floor and had a senior dog that couldn't do stairs. Management wasn't very concerned about any of the issues.
